To help solve your problem, there are eye products out there to reduce your dark eye circles and not just cover them up. I know Garnier Eye Roll on is a good product. it helps reduce and remove eye puffiness and dark cirlces. The reviews seem very positive. Massaging the area around your eye is also good.

Teabags help. Make a cup of tea then wait a few seconds for it to cool then place on your eyes. Don't leave on too long cause you end up getting tea stains:L.

I have the same problem. Ok you will think that I have lost my mind but I got this off a youtube video and I do it every day. Buy orange cream lip liner and rub some under your eyes with your fingers or a q tip. The orange cancels out the blue. Then put some liquid concealer over it and rub it in.
