Sweaty hands and feet!
My hands get really sweaty without me doing anything, sometimes its because im nervous but most of the tiime it just happens. What's the cause how can i help it?/
My feet do the same thing, exept they smell SUPER bad, i do wash them every time i can (once a day or so) it doesnt seem to work. i tried this powder from goldbond, didnt work either. Why does it do that? any cures?
thanks.

i believe its a gland disorder and theres an over production of sweat
you can go and see your doctor about it and they can probably treat that
in the mean time try using some baby powder on your feet and that will prevent the sweat and the smell
goodluck dnt worry your not only many of my friends have this too

Mine are exactly the same.. I absolutley hate it. I usually cover my feet in baby powder. When i do that i wear socks over them Or sometimes i just scrub my feet really hard and they become rough and dont sweat for a while.. 30 Jun 2009 / Reply answer / 0

it could actually be a disorder...one of my old friends has it and her hands and feet are always sweaty just like you said yours are. if you talk to your doctor i think they will give you a special cream or something to help. 30 Jun 2009 / Reply answer / +2

it will have alot to do with nerves
when you notice it try runing your hands under cold water for a min if you can
other than that you should grow out of it but try putting some baking soda in your shoes to try and keep the smell away and fabreez them too 30 Jun 2009 / Reply answer / 0 Reply answer
