Hi, the first thing you should do is never pop your pimples! when you touch your pimples your sweat irritates the skin and just makes it worse. It can cause to redness or leftover dots. What you should do is use a good face cleanser and wash yuor face 2 times a day. Make sure the cleanser is not to strong because that makes it way worse. But also be carefull its not to weak or it will not do anything. Dont use products that irrate your skin. ( proactive, dove ect.) Use lemon on pimples or papaya mask to cleans the face and stop the dots! One of the most important things is to make sure your body is getting enough vitamins like vitamin c, vitamin e and vitamin b12 . Eat fruits to keep skin healthy. All of this should reslove to no pimples which means no more dots! i hope i helped you out aqnd good luck!

As in discoloration?

It's just going to take time if that's the case. Sometimes you can get rid of it faster if you use a vitamin-E oil, but you still run into the problem of the oil possibly making you have break outs. I personally have not had this problem, but everyone's skin is different.
I have tried Neosporin on some pimples and it has helped prevent me from getting discoloration. Some people are allergic to some of it's ingredients though. If Neosporin doesn't help, you can look for the generic version that is over the counter. It will be labeled as Polysporin.
There are skin bleaches meant for getting rid of discoloration from acne too. But I haven't tried them, and never will because I know my skin won't deal with it.

If you have raised or lowered spot in your skin, you might need to go under a derma-abrasion treatment, or use a scar treatment meant for acne scars.

Also, don't pick any blemish, it will make the discoloration worse. Wash it gently. Over scrubbing will irritate your skin and often will make the resulting scar or discoloration worse. 31 Oct 2008 / Reply answer / 0
