My skins really dry, but moisturizers make it too oily... Any suggestions?

I've tried a few different moisturizers but they only cover the problem and dont fix it, and then my skins really oily by mid-day.

Hmmm im guessing your oily-est places on your face is your T-zone (your nose and chin area) leaving your forehead and cheeks feeling dry. i have the same problem too if so. i simply fix it by not apply moisturizer to my T-zone and but everywhere else. 12 Sep 2009 / 0

You might need to find an oil-free moisturizer. Where is the area that gets oily by mid day? if it is your face, that is rather normal.. you can use oil blotting paper when that happens. You can also carry that with you all day so you can remove excess oil whenever. But if it is your body then you will probably need to look for a light body moisturizer. 12 Sep 2009 / 0

yes, i agree. find a lighter moisturizer. a refreshing one, usually those ones are lighter and don't make your skin all oily. i use L'oreal Hydrafresh and it works perfectly
hope it helped!
