Try a facial mask with aspirin.
Take 2 of them in the palm of your hand and drip some water onto them. Wait a bit and mush them up. Then put all over your face. Let it dry for 15 minutes then wash it off. Instant baby smooth skin!
This works well for when you have pimples too. Just make a thick paste and paste it on the pimple. It dries it out quickly and reduces redness. This is attributed to the salicylic acid in aspirins. Its the same ingredient found in medicated skincare for acne prone skin.
A variation is to mix the aspirin with honey (baby smooth and moisturized skin) or aloe vera (baby smooth and cooling). Use this about once a week or once every two weeks. Keeps the spots at bay.
