How do you get rid of chest acne quickly??

I have really bad chest acne and i don't know how to get rid of it? any suggestions?

use a cleanser, or even better an exfoliant with salicylic acid. it will cleanse deeply and the acid will treat the zit.
i use St-Yves exfoliant and it works really well, its only 3 to 4$ for a pretty big amount. You can purchase it at your local drugstore!

you can use face wash, alocholo to wipe, and face scrubs
