i dont want it oily and nothing seems to work! i have blue eyes and a paleish complexion with scattered freakles and darkish brown hair (if it shows the pic im on the left)

There's no way to get rid of your oily skin completely, but there are a lot of products out there that can help it. Make sure you use oil-free make-up, and try skipping the moisturizer (if you don't, make sure that's oil-free too!). Before you put on your make-up, try using a face primer (I use Bare Escentuals Prime Time...you can get it at Sephora for around $20). After you apply that and wait for it to dry, put on your foundation as you normally would. Next, set your foundation with a loose power (I use Clinique...it's around $30 or so). You can also use oil sheets mid-day if you feel your skin getting oily (Clean & Clear has really good ones!). On the bright side, people with oily skin have BETTER skin than those with dry or normal skin when they get older since their skin is moisturized. :]
