How can I achieve perfect skin?

I'm 15, my skin is pale with red patches all over. i have to wash it, or else it get's greasy. but after washing, it seems dry. if i try lotion or moisturizer, my skin breaks out and gets oily. i would love to have clear, glowing skin, but that seems impossible for me. I get a lot of acne mainly around my forehead. How can i make my skin perfect, fast?

I compleatly understand what you are going through, but there is no fast way to perfect skin, sorry. But there are a few things that you can do to help
1. when you wash your face use somthing for sensative skin or hypoallergenic
2.use a light moisterizer to help with dryness(the acne on your forehead may be associated with the dryness)
3.drink plenty of water, it nourishes your body especially your skin
sorry that there is no cure for bad skin, a lot of it has to do with genetics, but with the right skin care regimine, you can make your skin look healthy even if you do have a few blemishes

p.s dont forget to use a good non-comedogenic or hypoallergenic makeup and to wash is off compleatly at night, that will help
