i'm not entire positive, but i'm thinking at some beauty supply stores, they have a soak just for false eyelashes.
i used to wear them quite often, i just bought a week's worth of fairly cheap ( but still nice-looking ) ones & interchanged them. when i was finished using one set, i'd let it soak in warm soapy water for awhile & set out to dry.

You can but I would not suggest it.. if you do wash them in warm soapy water..rinse well and let dry.:-)
