Total Makeover. What should I do?

I want to give myself a new look. I like the Emo and Scene styles but I have not been able to put myself into those styles. I have a pear shaped body and I am overweight. I am trying to recreate myself. I have been working on my self esteem. I am a complete novice so any advice will be helpful!

i would try working on things you want to improve. if you dont like your weight, try eating healthier food and working out after school. if you want your hair to be different, go to a salon with pictures of the style you want and ask them to cut it in that way and show you how to style it that way too. try going less in the raccoon direction and more in the "less is more" direction. like BarbiPiXi said, just a little eyeliner and maybe some silver or goldish brown eyeshadow.

well i used to have this problem...
what i did is i started working on the little stuff i hated, for me this always was my weight and the fact that my hair is super thing-so i started losing weight and this really boosted my self esteem then i cut my hait in a way it wouldnt look so thin so this helped even more, so if you want to boost ur self esteen pin point what u dont like on urself and change it to the better, thats what i did and feel way better =]x 08 Nov 2009 / Reply answer / 0

lets start with you look like you have small lips and smallish eyes

i wouldn't do 'raccoon eyes' for small eyes they make them look smaller

just line your top lid and make it thicker toward the outer corner go for a more pin up style of makeup maybe and see how that looks

you don't need dark red lips just a nice shiny tinted color of darker pink

i know you may like scene and emo but really you have to think those are very popular at the moment and really emo is for emotional kids who think life is shit and everything is sad and depressing. scene means being original and you can totally be original w/o following ALL the makeup things you see in the most popular scene pics you don't want to seem like an original copy cat
