not sure what to do

i went to the oradontist today to find out about getting my teeth straightend. its going to cost £2000 and i am going to have to wear braces for 18months. i am not a 100% sure and could do with ur opinions please

your teeth dont look that bad from what I can see...i just got mine on 2 weeks ago and my total amount is $4700.00...i am not sure what your currency totals out in american dollars? I had to pay $930 down and pay $160 a month for 2 years...if you can work out a monthly payment plan then it sooo worth it!! talk to your orthodontist

well first your teeth don't look too bad in the pic

second do you have dental insurance? you may want to look into one that may cover some more of the braces

third alot of dentist will work out payments monthly

ps i had braces when i was younger and i didn't wear my retainer and they are not straight anymore still they are better then they were. also it does hurt when your first get them and everytime they tighten them. you can only eat certain types of foods. and you have to brush extra good (i still have areas on the fronts of my teeth where they took the braces off and had to cover up the spots but up close you can tell they're not all super smooth)

kl thanx for the advice. i asked my mates today and they said they look fine and it not worth me doing it. i think i am being paranoid. lol
