how do you make your siblings listen to you

i baby sit my siblings like...alot.and they never listwen to me.how do you make em listen.

If you don't get mad, frustrated or yell at them, and instead use a normal voice when speaking to them. Praise them when they are good (like 'thank your for doing that' or 'good job!') and calling them 'honey' or 'dear' they will respond and listen waaaaaaay better to you. at least that works for me! i babysit alot to and i have 6 siblings i babysit on the regular

thanks!!!!!!wow six siblings si alot.i only have 4 siblings.and i thought i had alot.i babysit my siblings all the time sice my parents own a hotel and resteraunt.even though moms sposed to be on maternity leave.lol.she cant stay away.lol thanks again

yea I am the oldest too and I just talk to my brother. You treat them like how you would want to be treated. sometimes I have to negotiate with him.. but it works. if you have a problem with one then maybe pull them to the side and talk out the problem. it is easier when it is one on one.

Im guessing they are younger than you if you're baby sitting them ( although i think i SHOULD baby sit my older brother!

)
But i think the more they like you the more the respect you so they will listen .. if you have to get them to do somehting they really dont wanna do.. make it fun and turn it into a game so they arent to annoyed or bored or whatever
Basically if my brother was nicer to me i would listen to him more
