Does anyone know how I can improve my toe touches and other cheer jumps?
I am about to start my season for basketball cheerleading and I am very nervous because I don't have the best jumps. I work really hard and love to cheer. I practice but I'm still not happy with them.
Does anyone know anything that could be helpful? I'm so nervous!

im in cheerleading to and im the best on my squad!! but im not bragging or anything im just a tumbler so what i reccommend is while u have free time like wen you are watchin tv strech as far as you can then wen you feel comfortable stretch farther just always wen you do your jumps remember to keep your chest up and arms out and you should improve hope this helped!!! 07 Nov 2009 / Reply answer / 0

Just like get warmed up, and pumped! like jump, and do quick burst of sprinting. This will get your heart going and get you excited AND warm up your legs. theres nothing to be nervous about
your teammates are there and will help you if your strugglingly with something. But i dont believe taht you will, like you said you love it so enjoy it!

just keep trying to do your streches
put your leg up on the couch and stretch.
