am i fat and ugly?

I feel really fat and ugly all the time. Im wondering if its true and what to do to improve.

if thats what you think of yourself then other people might start to think the same! everybodys beautiful in there own way. you are too

if you feel fat (you dont look it) maybe do little work outs throughout the week just very easy ones like 20 minute run and some crunches or just cut down on junk food. i always feel good after i get my hair done at the salon so maybe try some highlights or a new cut . 10 Jul 2009 / Reply answer / 0
