I think Jackie's method is the best. I just always use flea collars and have never had any problems. Then again all of our pets were inside animals, so I think that may have helped. Plus bathing them in flea protectant shampoo at least once a month is always great.
Thanks guys good advice! Summer will be back before you know it and I do not want to deal with fleas again plus I will be opening a pet shop with grooming so would not like my shop to have fleas either.
Yeah There's A Shot For It, But If You Don't Want That Theres This Cleaner That You Put On The Carpets And First You Gotta Vacume Annd Then Puts That Cleaner On The Carpet (Make Sure No Pets Go In That Room Till You Really Get That Stuff Clean) Then You Steam Vacume It and Then Vacume It Again.!
And Then Give Your Dog A Bath Lol.! Hope That Helped.!

Well we have two kitties --Kate and Pippa. What we do (and it really works) is take them to the vets twice a year for a shot called Program. It works because it makes the fleas infertile. So even if you have some, they'll eventually die out. The best part: no smelly harmful chemicals or a need to give them baths and flea dips.
You can also buy program tablets and give them to the cats yourselves. But I'm not sure if they work as good as the shotts. Here's a link. But ck with ur vet first
