my lip is dark.i wanna get it pink or red

I dye my hair at home using store bought stuff. My natural color is a medium dark brown.

My hair is...a little messed up lol...I wanted to go light brown/ carmel so we bleached it but the top sat on too long and well...i looked like a clown...so we colored it 5 times! :o my hair didnt fry...

I want to add a real eye catching red lipstick to my make up stash but have a hard time finding colors that don't make my entire face look red! any ideas or tips for finding the red for me?

i use concealer and foundation but it doesnt conceal properly help and other tricks
