Where can I find these kinds of dresses?

Ok, so, I've seen a few of these dresses on people. Generally, I'm not a dress person, but these are super cute in my opinion. Anyone know where I can find them? Or, is it like, a top and skirt? Whatever it is, where can I find this stuff?

i can see an ugly print on the one gir's dress please don't make me wear 60's flower power skirts, and 80's highwaisted belts.. sorry just not my thing

really hard to tell. you must like the kind that have solid tops then sort of printed bottom that are fuller. um, department stores sell them like dillards does, charlotte rouse perhaps, or wet seal or some other cheaper juniors store. are these the types of dresses youre looking for ?
