What would I'd have to ask for at the salon for this haircut + could thick frizzy hair pull it off?

Hello everyone!

http://photos-c.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc1/hs016.snc1/4506_96971913884_537913884_2731826_4429013_n.jpg

Thanks for your feedback on my last question. I've been wanting to change my hair for awhile now and was wondering if I could realistically pull this hairstyle off (except I'm gonna get purple highlights instead of red)... Even though my hair is naturally thick, frizzy & wavy.

Do you think the hairstyle is nice?

I DO have GHD's so that's a blessing but do you think its worth the hassle?

Or should I just get my split ends cut and keep my wavy hair?

This is me btw

Sorry its not the most flattering picture haha.

Thank you

yeah, go for it!
maybe get it thinned, if you don't want it to be so thick. (;

Well if your worried about thickness, just get it thinned. Don't forget to get it razored or it wont look as edgy as it is in the pic. keep the length though, and don't worry about straightening it all the time as BarbiPiXi suggested :] Good luck, I think it will look great on you :] 01 Jul 2009 / 0

i would deff get the style

it will look different on you because you have thicker hair than the girl in the pic but the hair style will still look great i think

get the angled full bang, have layers put in, and you shouldn't have to worry about straightening it all the time (maybe just some of the top and the bangs) and it should look cute with a lil wave to it

but i would maybe keep more of your lenght but still get lots of layers

it will look likda scene because of your thickness

Hi lady! First of all that is a great pic! You are very lovely! Secondly, I would tell the stylist you want an emo-ish hair cut, you want to keep most of the length with layers but short on the top! And I think it would look good on you! A really good hair straightener will keep the frizz under control...Good luck! 01 Jul 2009 / 0

i think that the hairstyle would look really nice, maybe be a bit subtle with the purple though. and instead of having a straight fringe, I suggest you get side bangs. either would look nice. ^__^ 01 Jul 2009 / 0
