What makeup would look good on me?

I have dark brown eyes and thick lashes. I usually wear coverup and dark eyeshadow. I only wear eyeliner on my waterline beause whenever I wear it where its supposed to go, i screw up and it gets really emo-ish thick.
I like fun, flirty, funky colors that are happy and easy to apply.
