What is the best facial moisturizer for dry skin during the winter time?

I normally don't have any problems with my skin except during the winter. The make up I wear is somewhat heavy so it tends to make my skin a little dry during the cold winter months. The dryness is mainly around the corners of my mouth and around my nose a little bit. So, my question is what would be the best moisturizer that will help my problem but not make my skin too greasy or oily & just plain TOO moisturized? Thanks in advance :)

  Well there are lots of good moisturizers to make you skin less dry. I personally like the Neutrogena Oil Free Moisture SPF 15, but Cover Girl Smoothers SPF 15 comes in tints and my sister in College uses it in place of foundation unless she's going someplace special

  I also think a lighter foundation would help if you have to waer foundationa nnd powder every day

    thank you! I think I am going to give the Cover Girl a try. & I agree about the foundation...it is just expensive so I wanted to finish the bottle and then I'll more than likely try something new. Thanks! :)
