What Color Hair Will Help Bring Out My Green Eyes

Every one tells me to go blonde and then sum people tell me to go darker kie black, I am so confused.And would puting my eyeliner around my whole eyelid make them stand out more?

i like red's burgandy's if you have a brown hair color now

that also makes green eyes pop very well

deep dark blues got well with darker browns

and bright light blues go well with blondes

and i only like to line my top lid and make it a lil thicker toward the outer corner it makes your eyes look bigger when you line the whole eye they look smaller and can look more deep set

I have hazel/Green eyes. I wear Cover Girl Charcoal eyeliner. I only wear it on the bottom. Sometimes I'll use my blackeye shadow as a liner on top.
