What a mondo zit?

Ok anywho what is this? Cos i get these huge zit everyone in a while on my nose and if you prick it sometimes nothing happens or the puss is gone and there a bump/ Is that what it is?

yeah from what I can tell it's a type of zit where the pore gets blocked, and since pores secrete oils to help protect our skin, the oil gradually builds up in the zit. And when you pop them all the oil comes out and it smells bad, because the oils we secrete don't smell to great, it's why we start to smell if we don't wash ourselves.
