be sure to check all these out before cuz theyre are some myths out there that arent really beneficial. okay here's my stuff: conditioners GREAT for your hair and the only dangerous thing about it is teh greasiness it leaves behind, so if your alone-condition up! dont wash your hair everyday, do not use box color, do not use hot water on your hair-just warm then finish with a coll/cold rinse of water which adds shines, thickness, and health. your face does not need to be washed more than twice a day at the most, use an exfoliator inly once or twice a week, too thick of a coat of nail polish and it will peel right of in a day or two, all skin needs some sort of daily moisturizing whether its oily or dry 26 Oct 2009 / Reply answer / 0

i like to clean my face after ive been in the shower for a few mins so the warm steam can open my pores. and i mix my face wash and scrub before i use it.
i try to keep my snacking down to 1 or 2 sweet cakes a day, or 5 candies of some sort
i like to experiment when i'm bored with new colors of makeup and hair styles to see if anything new looks good on me. i like to go to ross and find one eyeshadow selection to buy that has tons of options of different colors. that way it's cheap and you can play around with it
i also like NYX eyeshadow pencil in milk. it's thick like a oil based shadow and works great to give some brightness to the inside of your eyes (right at the tear duct) put a dot on then use a q-tip to blend it 26 Oct 2009 / Reply answer / 0

-put eye makeup on first, then put your foundation/powder on. it prevents any excess eyeshadow from falling & screwing up your foundation.
-use tea tree oil for acne cysts/pimples, right before bed, or under makeup. tea tree oil is less harsh than alcohol and is more natural than store bought treatments.
-get deep conditioning treatments for your hair, or scalp treatments, to keep your locks extra shiny and smooth (recommended about once a month for normal hair, twice or more for insanely dry/damaged hair)
-don't use box color. at all. please. it just deposits color, which basically ruins any future of you dying your hair professionally, or even another color.
-if you want your hair to grow a little faster, try massaging your scalp, or putting it in braids when you sleep. the stimulation wakes up your scalp, so to say.
- your weight divided by 16 = how many 8oz glasses of water you should drink daily.

Usign baby wipes to clean your face vs pricey make wipes.....ummm oh baby oil is great for taking off tough eye make up! And putting lotion around your nails so when you paint them and you mess up the lotion helps you to easly remove the polish instead of it drying on your skin. 26 Oct 2009 / Reply answer / 0

okay, this may be a long list, but here goes;
1) wash your face in water as hot as you can stand, and then immediatly wash it in water as cold as you can stand (it's supposed to open and then close pores really quickly- preventing spots)
2) making a paste with water and bicarbonate of soda (i'm not sure if you can get that in america) and leaving it on your face for about 10 minutes before washing it off (it's supposed to get rid of blackheads)
3) using lemon juice to lighten hair colour.
4) holding ice cubes on spots to reduce the redness and size.
5) using shampoo as a cheaper alternative to shaving cream.
6) using olive oil to moisten cuticles, making it easier to push them back, etc.
7) drinking lots of water to keep skin healthy, and stop you from feeling hungry all the time.
i know loads more, but i can't think of them at the moment. hope this is helpful (:
