You do not want anything too abrasive against your teeth. I have used the Aquafresh trays and they worked. But I think Zoom will work the best. I have not gone yet but I am planning to do so! I drink too much coffee and wine. 30 Jun 2009 / Reply answer / 0

I would never suggest Crest White Strips, it probably works for some people, but it ate the enamel off my teeth.
I brush with baking soda once a day, and I have some purrty pearly whites!! 29 Jun 2009 / Reply answer / 0

-apparently 'catherine zeta jones' uses strawberries to whiten her teeth. just rub it on and you'll see the differnce in no time! make sure you brush your teeth about twenty minutes afterwards though.
-brush your teeth really good for AT LEAST two minutes and then get a white face cloth, pour a little extra virgin olive oil on it, and then rub on your teeth. yes, it may taste horrible, but according to a dentist, it works a treat! :]
-one teaspoon of baking soda,
a sprinke of salt,
and a few drops of white vinegar.
the vinegar will foam, making it toothpastey and it will also leave your teeth sparkling white and squeaky clean. ;]

Coarse Kosher Salt (in the spice section of your grocery store)
Baking Soda (in the baking section of your grocery store)
Hydrogen Peroxide (in the health/beauty section of your grocery store)
Mix all three ingredients into a paste-like consistency. Brush with the paste 2 times a week, or as needed. This works great for removing yellow stains on teeth.
BUT DONT USE IT TOOOOO MUCCH KK HOPE IH HELPS x 29 Jun 2009 / Reply answer / 0
