I love ur hair and yea you have a really pretty face! so cutting ur hair a bit shorter might be a good idea. I really don't think u need to wear-make up or anything really!! ur to pretty for that so maby just stay with a natural look and if u really wanted to wear some make-up just use a pink shade of lip gloss and a little mascara, which might bring out ur lovely eyes even more

I think you should cut your hair to your shoulders.
Get medium lenght layers done
and you should get a bang.
Bangs across your forehead would be really nice.
Not too thick though.
