Skin color doesn't matter. There's white, black, mexican, asain, ect. scenies. You just got to find the right look.

Maybe this. It's a razored scene hairstyle. Make your hair black, and maybe add some electric blue highlights. Get some piercings? Make sure you have the right clothes, Skinny jeans, Hello Kitty, Ect.
