im going to ther dentist

im so nervous.i feel lighheaded and sorta dizzy.and my resident butterflies are awke and acting up.any comfort and help.

i like the dentist

they are very nice and i love how they tell you exactly what they are going to do to you, not just surprise you with the work they are about to do in your mouth. take a couple deep breaths and you will be fine

Have a drink of water and just keep cool ( temperture wise )
Why do you feel nervous?
Do you not like the drills and things?
Just remember they would NOT be a dentist if they werent qualified so you are okay in there hands
