Scene Make-up is my favorite makeup ... could someone help me out ?

There are a lot of different ways to do Scene makeup. Long eyelashes, so you'll need good mascara. Foundation/coverup that matches perfectly. Eyeliner in a rainbow array of colours, the same in eyeshadow and possibly mascara. Pale lips are in, so coverup on the lips then gloss over. Experiment with eyeliner, liquid and stick. Try Almay Hazel Eyeliner. It's cheap [ish] and it works. Use mostly cream eyeshadows. They work best. :]

Ect. then you should use youtube there some really good scene mke-up tutorials.
