First of all, what kind of eyeliner are you using? Liquid? Crayon? For liquid eyeliner, I use Sephora's Long Lasting Eyeliner. As far as crayon eyeliner, I use L'oreal's Self Advancing Perfect Pencil in carbon black. Both of this (at least for me!) have never smudged. If you're still having problems, you can try using a little bit of face primer or sweeping a little bit of loose powder across your lid before applying to help your eyeliner stay in place. / Reply answer / +1

Well actually the raccoon kinda thing is somewhat in style so dont feel too bad. But try liquid eyeliner. Thats what i use and i never have smudgy eyes. It takes some practice but once you get the hang of it it looks hella sexy.=) / Reply answer / 0

cover girl smudge-proof works well. u can also get an eyliner brush wich blends it so it doesn't smudge as much. if it still smudges keep your eye lid a little bit open when your applying it. / Reply answer / 0

Don't worry, this is a common problem among everyone. Eyeliner can be your best friend or your worst enemy depending on what type you use. Try waterproof eyeliner, almost any type will do. Waterproof eyeliner is designed to stay where you put it, it's a bit difficult to remove but totally worth it. / Reply answer / 0

I have some troubles with keeping my eyeliner in place too. I learned that what works best is this stuff called i luv my eyes. it's not very expensive, probably only about $3.00 but it works very well. I also know a few people who overdo on their makeup. Try putting on just i thin line above the eyelashes on your bottom lid. / Reply answer / 0 Reply answer
