got a bit of an experimental question here...

heres the thing,ii have this face mask for my acne that i mix with water and put on my face to dry. today i had a brain wave and thing is... do u think i should mix it with lemon?
so it can heal some of my acne scars? or will this just make it too strong and mess things up?

sometimes lemons are good for your face because the acid can help dry out your acne and can even out your skin tone. but i wouldnt do it with teh mask because the mask is supposed to already have everything in it that works together on its own and adding something as strong as lemon may be disastrous. 02 Nov 2009 / 0

I wouldn't. I would be afraid the lemon may interact with the chemicals in yor mask. It is made to mix with water sooo I think I would just follow the instructions.. to avoid any irrations. You could use lemon after. 02 Nov 2009 / 0

It might not help much, but I don't think it will mess you up. I used to used some peroxide and I thought that actually helped. Good luck
