Eye Shadow To Wear When Wearing A Royal Blue Dress

I need to know how to do my make-up tonight for a homecoming dance.Any tips?My dress is Royal blue and I have green eyes.I have no idea.Helppp!

i would go with some black liner on the top lid. and maybe a tan shadow or a sheer pink, purple, or blue shade
