anybody know of a free corlor selecting website for pictures

i think its called color selecting but im not sure..... but tis like wen theres a picture of a flower and just the pedles have color and every thing is black and white. so yea free website or softwere ??????????

Oh, Ok. I get what your saying.
Ok, so first.
Download this.
It's called GIMP 2, its alot like
photoshop, but it's free.

Second of all,
Find a picture.
For example.
This.

3. Go to
http://www.picnik.com/ ,
upload your photo to it,
Go to Create, Effects, and
choose Black & White.
Then, Go to Save & Share,
Save it,
WARNING! DONT SAVE IT OVER THE BEFORE
PHOTO, YOUR GOING TO NEED IT!
And your done with this step.

4. Once you've downloaded GIMP,
Open it.
Go up to File, and Choose Open, Find
The Photo that is in color and open it.
Then, Go back to open,
and open the Black & White photo.
It will allow both opened.

5. Choose the Color Picker Tool (The little Eyedrop thing)
from the toolbox. Bring it to the photo that is colored,
In this case, the flower is pretty much one color, with a few
shadows. I'm going to keep the orange color from the original.
If you would like to use a different color, Theres a Block of Black,
Click it, ad choose a color.

6. Sample the orange with the Color Picker Tool. Then, Click on the Airbrush tool, the one that looks like a airbrush. When you click it, it comes up with some options. Go to BRUSH & Choose the Largest Fuzzy Circle. (Circle Fuzzy 1.9).
The Scale will increase and decrease the size of the brush. Choose the size you want if it isn't correct.

7. Zoom into the photo(Black & white). First, In the right hand corner, there is a magnify glass, click it once and it should make the picture bigger. If you need to get closer, in the toolbox, theres a magnify glass, You should figure it out easily.

8. Start to use the brush on the flower, either by clicking in dots, or dragging it around to cover more area. Once your done, save it!
