Friend Abuse?

Ok so first this is my best friend from 3rd grade (im in 8th now) and hes like my best friend. I went to his house today and everyone in the state of Georgia knows i struggle with anorexia. It bothers the HELL outta me if you touch my stomach at all. even poke it or pinch me or do that thing where you like try to freak the people out?. cuz it feels like they are touching my fat.. so anyway. He was literaly. ALL. OVER. ME. he wouldnt stop touching me. First we were playin game cube and i needed to win so he grabbed me to distract me and kept poking my ribs. It relly hurts when people do that to me and i was like screamin at him to stop and he wouldnt. I finally got him to stop. Then he grabbed my fat multiple. times. and i was about to cry cuz it was bothering me. then he chocked me. saying he was joking.. but it really hurt. he kept piking me up and throwing me over his shoulder and just carrying me like im a baby. (im 5'3" hes 6') so im tiny compared. He wouldnt let me walk.

  Honestly, he sounds like a creeper. And don't worry, everyone in the state of Georgia does not know your condition, so relax, that's simply the paranoia. That being said, if he kept touching you after you constantly told him to stop that's harassment, if he said things imillar to the rape thing, it can be seen as sexual harassment. It is illegal under Georgia federal law. If this kid even said that thing to you about rape, I don't think you should be around him, it seems like he can't even control his own hormones enough to not be a creeper. I can't believe your parents allow you to visit this jerkoff but not Ben, who seems to not want to hurt you at any rate. What is their logic.why didn't you want him to hate you or be mad? You can't make everyone happy,..and he doesn't even sound like he's worth being a friend if all he did was hurt you. I'd show your parents the bruises, you need to start caring for yourself first and foremost.

  I really think you should stay away from him. You should either call him and speak to him about it, email him, or txt him but I don't think you should go near him anymore. I don't care if he has been your friend since kindergarten, he should know where that borderline is and he crossed it multiple times. If he is also in 8th grade I would (if your parents are like mine) tell my parents and show them the bruises. I know you don't want him to get into trouble, but think about how uncomfortable you were and the kind of pain he put you in. You should really think about yourself. I know saying that you aren't fat wont make you believe it, but you're gorgeous and don't need to worry about fat because you don't have that.
  
  Seriously please be careful, get some pepper spray or something so next time you can just spray him...or anyone else who might try that.
