I asked out the one love iv had since my last boyfriend broke up with me 5 months ago and iv like him ever since so i finally got the courage to ask him out and he waited the whole school day to say yes, and he wouldnt tell me befor that.... one of my friends said that he might have just said yes cuz he was nervous to say no, do boyz usually do that?? cuz i think i love him and i dont wanna get hurt

he mightov been asking people if it was a joke that u asked him out.. so he was like " hey, jenny.. does ____ realy like me? coz she asked me out..."

he could of been asking his mates what he should say... as in
Him: "oi jake, ___ just asked me out"
Friend: "really? do u liek her?"
Him: "yer, i hope this isnt a joke coz i really liker her and i dont want to say yes and her say haha i was joking.."

My boyfriend told me, that if a guy doesn't want to say Yes, then they won't. They do not like to be forced into something they do not want to do. Soooo, your guy was probably nervous. or he just wanted to make you sweat

well it all really depends on the guy so you can't really tell becausee when a boy asks a girl out the boy always will take some time to think about it. but if there are some guys who get asked out and want to say no just say no and don't care at all about how the girl's feelings are going to get hurt and then there are these other guys who will always want to say yes even if they don't like the girl because they don't want to hurt the girl soo it all dependssss i guess. and yeah i know alot because i'm a guy and this type of thing is happening to 2 of my friendss soo yeahh. 03 Nov 2009 / Reply answer / 0

Well only time will tell. I think he was jsut trying to figure things out in his head, weighing the pros and cons before he agreed to go out. Well.....sometimes if boys are intimidated by you, then yes, they are nervous to say no. But usually, a yes means he likes you, but he was just thinking it over to make sure he was making the right descision. Good for you, though!!
