where can i get good temporary highlights in the drugstore?

black hair, light-mediumish skin (warm tone). if anyone can also tell me what colors would look nice on me, that'd be great!

gold always is a good mix with dark hair

but if you wanna go a bit more punkish pink. purple, blue are good

for a bit emo red works
