Honestly, the color in your picture which looks like brown and blonde highlights looks really nice with your skin and eyes (any hairstyle would look good with curves I guess :D). But if you wanted a change, I'm thinking maybe a reddish brown would really show off those pretty eyes. If you wanted to be a bit edgy, maybe a chocolate brown with some blonde highlights would really bring out the green and show your tan. Here's some pics for ideas.
