Want New Hair! Should I get bangs? Leave it long or cut it? Color it? Open to all Opinions!!

I have shoulder length layered brown/black/blonde hair,but I have had it for a year and I want a change. Seriously thinking about bangs but dont want my face to look too round(my cheeks are chubby) I kinda want it cut but also thinkin about keeping the length but with more and shorter layers. Any ideas. I want everyones opinion! Please!
