This Is Both On Hair And Skin
It seems i have really oily skin which effects my skin and hair all the time, i have to wash my hair everyday as it gets greasy really quickly, i use shampoo and conditioner that help greasy hair but that hasn't helped me, and worse with me having long hair i get acne on my forehead, ive tried washing and doing the things in your skin care part but it just doesn't seem to work, any suggestions??

I had the same problem. My hair gets oily quickly which causes me to get pimples around my hairline, but I found using a strong clarifying shampoo, it's great for oily hair, and conditioning every OTHER day. Don't stop conditioning all together because this will have a drying effect and in order to make up for it, your skin will produce MORE oil. As for the pimples, you'll have to wash your face twice a day. Morning and night. Make sure you use a toner afterwards, let that dry then use a facial moisturizer. It may seem redundant to moisturize oily skin, but it's not. As I said before, when you wash, you're stripping your skin of it's natural oils as well as the bad oils. It will in turn make more if you don't somehow give it back. So keeping up a routine and moisturizing is the key. Make sure your moisturizers are oil-free and I recommend cream conditioners.
Also, keep your hair out of your face as much as possible, at home, when you go to bed, whenever possible put it up or wear a headband. This will help to keep oils from your hair off your face.
