So, i want to get scene hair, and i love in New Jersey. Does anyone know where i cant get it in Nj?

Ps. I would like the whole choppy layers in the top n the whole 9 yards. I dress scene but i just need to get the hair.

you can go anywhere but it's best if you investigate a bit first

it's good to ask if the stylist knows how to razor cause that will give your hair a more natural cut with the layers

take the picture you like into your hairdressers and explain fully what you want, point out each detail and maybe even write it down too. (;

I'm not from NJ but go to the salon where you usually cut your hair, print a picture of the hairstyle you want to get, show it to your hairdresser and ask her if she can do that hairstyle.
