should i get my hair razored???

so i want to get a scene haircut but idk if i shuld get it razored. would it be better than just askin the stylist to make choppy layeres and bangs??? i want to get my hair shorter and since the bottom has layers should i get them thinned out? and ill add a pic of the bangs i want

i think your hair would look really nice razored. if you're really out there, maybe you could even get coontails or dye it some crazy colours. and the bangs? a definate. i think they would suit you.
