anyways my hair is naturally curly so i play this look up a few times
what you need is a curl enhancing,mousse,gel or any kind of curly/wavy shaping cream
you then apply it all over hair ,twisting ssection by section ,twirling them for more definition
then after do not touch hair to avoid frizz
airdry! blowdrying will probably make the curls more softer therefore more expanded

use some moose while it's damp

scrunch it up put your dyer on low and try to dry it while you're still scrunching it

Believe it or not, I am puerto rican, though i dont look it. My hair is naturally wavy i just straighten it all the time. The only thing i can tell you is if your hair is naturally curly dont straighten it, use a frizz creme, and scrunch it when its not wet.
