I have fine hair and i fight w my image - hippie or scene!? can i have both?!

Alright - so, I have fine (curly - i wear it curly some days, straight others) hair that rests a few inches below my shoulders. I am willing to play with the length a bit, but don't want to go too short yet.

My hair is fine = problem #1.

Also - I have fought with two images my whole life - scene and hippie.

Is there a haircut anyone here could recommend where I could do both? Hippie one day, scene the next?

i have an idea, you can cut your hair in layers and tease it. Then maybe add a couple random braids around the bottom layer, Add a funky hairband maybe some colorful extensions and tada there you have it. BUt if u just wanna go scene do it without the hairband and braids
