i have a round fat face and i have really damaged hair i won't to get a hair cut what should it be?

i won't it to be easy to do in the morning and nice for everyday and easy to dress it up when i need it that way i won't it above my shoulders and really girly but no curls i am having a hard time choosing the right hair style i need help
