How should i get my hair cut, im looking to impress a few women. Shaggy hair too much?

looking to impress a few women and i think maybe a shorter hair cut would be best? im not sure though with my round face, tips?

dude, keep the bangs but trim them a bit, kinda like side swept bangs and get a behind the ear hair cut...........if you could improve the facial features, better....but you already look fine all you need is a little charm on the ladies......good luck!!!^_^
