How should I care for my Korean hair? :p

So I'm half Korean, but blessed enough to have the Korean hair. It's generally a bit thicker than Japanese hair and doesn't lie nearly as flat. I was wondering... what should I do to take care of it? I want it a bit glossier, especially after a shower (poofs a bit until mid-afternoon).

Anyways, any suggestions would be great! I've heard something about rinsing with cold water, using special shampoos... I'm open to anything that won't kill my poor wallet. :]

Thanks!

Sulfate free shampoo and conditioner! I'm gonna say it on here until my face turns blue!! Loreal makes an inexpensive one! It's called Everpure. Yes to the cold water rinse! Always brush your tangles out from the bottom up to avoid damaging hair. My hair got so much shinier after doing this! I'm not sure what glosser to use on your hair though, hope someone has advice on that but I can't pass up a chance to show someone the ways of sulfate free shampoo. 06 Feb 2009 / Reply answer / +1
