How do I get the wet curls look ?

I have natural curly/ wavy hair and I've often seen the wet curls look, how can I achieve this look ?

ever seen us latinas pull of this style,lmfao lots of gel

YOU CAN TRY sunsilk scrunching mousse, with that you only put a little, rub it in your hands, rub it into your hair, THEN scrunch it.

after taking a shower, put some mousse in or any styling product of your choice. then take your blow dryer and pop in the diffuser, its a nossle that you can put into certain blow dryers. it dries your hair while keeping and forming your curls.
