How do i get my hair like taylor parks? from photos her hair is EXACTLY how i wish mine to be!

I have dark brown thick hair, never dyed it. It's layered in the front, but not the back, i also have side bangs i do sraighten my hair basically everyday, because my natural hair is gross. The length of it is pretty long, i'd say its right on my chest, but i will be getting a trim soon, not a lot cut off, but just the dead ends. Any suggestions on how to do my hair like Taylor Parks?
