how can you get your hair more volumized??

my hair is fine, not think and not thin, but how can i get that volume? what products will work for this?

1. volumizing hair products-root lifter, mouse, gel, spray-not shampoos and conditioners those dont work too well
2. blow dry your hair upside down-or just blow drying it if you dont
3. rinse your conditioner out with cool water right before you get out of the shower
4. dont use so much conditioner
5. layers
6. healthy hair has more life-avoid heat when possible
7. less hair products like creams and such at the ends of your hair which pull it down
8. shorter hair has less weight to pull it down

well you can try teasing your hair

blowdrying your hair while it's upside down and spraying it with thickener or hairspray while it's upside down and letting it dry before you flip it

You can use a gel or mousse. I put a mousse in my hair when i get out of the shower and then blow dry it every which way (crazy like) and it adds Tons of volume to my hair!

I use Suave Volumizing Mousse and it works pretty well but the best Mousse ive ever used is Redken 10 Guts Volume Boosting Spray Foam! its gel and mousse mixed together! but its like $20

or loreal. um.. basically just use the voluminizing products, but not TO much or else that will thin your hair even more. eat healthy and get lots of sleep, exsersize is crucial too when it come to healthy hair.. um i think taking vitamins can help too but you'd have to ask ur doctor first. drink lots of water and eat lots of fruits and veggies! milk is good when it come's to strengthening your hair i believe. so yeah, i bet google has a lot of results/tips, search there. 03 Nov 2009 / Reply answer / 0 Reply answer
