How can i curl my hair with a 1' culing iron to look like miley cyrus'?

I have brown hair and its a little longer then my shoulders, just to the end of my shoulder blades.
how cna i get it like that???

hey!!
do your curls as you would normally with the curling iron, then brush through them till they are perfect. after add some hairspray so the curls remain in place. 10 Feb 2009 / Reply answer / 0

Mist a 2-inch section with hair spray and wind it around until hair buckles back on itself, then secure at the scalp with a bobby pin. Continue making knots all over, leaving the front straight. Remove the pins after 10-15 minutes and shake your hair loose as you bend from the waist
