Hair help?

If you could please? Im looking for a good/clear picture of a short/almost shoulder length scene hairstyle because i want to show it to my hairdresser and I dont want her to mess up and give me something completely DIFFERENT, or if any suggestions to a good place where i could get it cut in dallas maybe around downtown or north dallas?

i think you should get it with the highlights too, not just the cut itself.
but whatever floats your boat =D
